What We Collect

When you submit a form on flpermithelp.com, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, county, permit type, project description, property address (if provided), whether you are a homeowner, contractor, realtor or investor, your timeline, and whether you consented to text messages. We also record the page you submitted from and any campaign tracking values in the link you arrived on. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which may collect minimal browser metadata.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

Match you with an experienced permit professional in your county
Send you a confirmation email about your request
Notify our team about your lead so we can process it quickly
Improve our services and website

Who We Share It With

We share the information you submit with our permit partner so they can fulfill your request. That means your name, phone number, email address, property address, county, permit type, timeline, and project description are sent to 1 Contractor Solutions, the company that files permits on our behalf, so they can contact you and get your permit moving. This sharing is the service. If you do not want your details shared with a permit partner, do not submit the form, and call us at (813) 587-1372 instead.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond our permit partner and the service providers listed below.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you tick the text consent box on our contact form, we may send you SMS messages about your permit request. Here are the terms that apply.

What you will receive: a confirmation that we got your request, and follow-up messages about matching you with a permit professional. These are transactional messages, not marketing.
Message frequency: message frequency varies. Most people receive fewer than five messages per request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier may.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.
For help: reply HELP to any message, call (813) 587-1372, or email help@flpermithelp.com.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. The only party we pass your request to is the permit professional you asked us to match you with, and the service providers listed below that operate our website and messaging on our behalf. None of them may use your phone number for their own marketing.

How to Opt Out

You can stop contact at any time:

Text messages: reply STOP to any text. That stops texts immediately. You can also leave the text consent box unchecked when you submit the form, and we will not text you at all.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or email help@flpermithelp.com.
Phone calls: tell us or the permit partner to stop calling, or email help@flpermithelp.com and we will pass the request along.
Everything, including deletion: email help@flpermithelp.com and ask us to delete your information. We will delete our copy and ask our permit partner to delete theirs.

Opting out of texts or email does not delete information already shared with the permit partner. Use the deletion request above for that.

We use the following service providers:

Supabase (database hosting)
Resend (email delivery)

Cloudflare (website security and DNS)
Vercel (website hosting)

Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by emailing help@flpermithelp.com.
