Service Description
Florida Permit Help ("we," "our") is a matching service that connects Florida property owners with experienced permit professionals ("partners"). We facilitate introductions. We do not pull permits ourselves, provide engineering services, or act as a licensed contractor.
Sharing Your Information With Our Permit Partner
When you submit a form on this site, the information you provide is shared with our permit partner, 1 Contractor Solutions, so they can fulfill your request. That includes your name, phone number, email address, property address, county, permit type, timeline, and project description. Sharing this information is how the service works, and by submitting the form you are asking us to do it.
If you checked the text consent box, you also agree that we and our permit partner may send you text messages about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, and you can email help@flpermithelp.com at any time to opt out of all contact or to request deletion of your information. Text Messaging Program Terms
By ticking the text consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Florida Permit Help about your permit request. The following terms apply to that program.
- Program: transactional updates about the permit request you submitted, including confirmation of receipt and notice that a permit professional will contact you. This is not a marketing program.
- Frequency: message frequency varies. Most requests generate fewer than five messages.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Florida Permit Help does not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that.
- Help: reply HELP, call (813) 587-1372, or email help@flpermithelp.com.
- Carriers: supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: you must be at least 18 and the authorized subscriber or account holder of the mobile number you provide.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our service. You can submit the form without ticking the box and we will contact you by phone or email instead.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle your information.
No Guarantee
While we work with experienced permit professionals, we do not guarantee permit approval, specific timelines, or outcomes. Permit approval is solely at the discretion of the applicable building department. Our partners are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Florida Permit Help.
User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your submission
- Work directly with the matched permit professional for services
- Pay the permit professional directly for their services
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
Payment Terms
Our matching service is free to property owners. You pay the permit professional directly for their services. Permit fees are paid directly to the county building department. Florida Permit Help does not collect payment from property owners.
Limitation of Liability
Florida Permit Help is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: permit denials, construction delays, work performed by matched professionals, or decisions made by building departments. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (which is $0 for property owners).
Intellectual Property
All content on flpermithelp.com, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Florida Permit Help / Vyrabyte and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
